The Young Adult Sitting now meets twice per month
First and Third Thursdays; 7:15 - 8:45 pm
For ages 18-35ish

Come join us for a night of sharing and meditation. Our intention is to create an informal and collaborative space to discuss our respective practices on and off the cushion, to ask questions of each other, and to share in this remarkable journey. We strive to be real, honest, open, vulnerable, inclusive, and kind in a safe container. Any sharing is optional.

No two gatherings are alike but we will begin and end with a round of sharing, possibly including a reading a passage or poem. In the middle we will have a meditation sitting and possible walking meditation. No meditation experience necessary.
